Step 1 Name Search

Step 2 Filing Articles of Incorporation
Once you've reserved a company name, you can proceed to register your company and file articles of incorporation. Articles of incorporation are legal documents that establish your business, and must be approved by the Utah Division of Corporations before you do business under that business name.
If your articles of incorporation meets the current legislated requirements established by the Utah Secretary of State, the Utah Division of Corporations, will process the request and issue you an Utah certificate of incorporation.
